# Reader changes

Reader’s active scope is a saved-link inbox, a Chrome capture extension, and ChatGPT MCP retrieval and read-state updates. The broader research-library workflow is retired from active source.

Existing saved data is preserved. Source implementation, production deployment, and authenticated ChatGPT acceptance are separate verification states.
